CAPA Renewal is now 100% online. Follow these steps through your CAPA Profile and renew in minutes!
Membership Renewals are due January 1st of each year. Failure to renew before March 1st will result in lapse of membership. If your membership lapses and you wish to rejoin, your application will be processed as a new application and will incur the additional $10.00 initiation fee plus applicable dues.

You're done! Don't forget to keep your CLE records in case you're chosen for a CLE audit. Now all you need to do is pay the membership renewal fee. No need to send in any documents!

RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS
For Voting Members CLE. Voting Members must complete five (5) hours of substantive CLE between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year. Members are allowed one (1) hour of self-study. In place of self-study, members may use pro bono service or service in CAPA's Mentor Program to fulfill one hour of the CLE requirement. DUES. Annual dues for a Voting membership are $65.00. VERIFICATION. Answer the questions on your member profile certifying your status and supervising attorney information. | For Associate Members CLE. Associate Members must complete two (2) hours of substantive CLE between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year. Members are allowed one (1) hour of self-study. In place of self-study, members may use pro bono service or service in CAPA's Mentor Program to fulfill one hour of the CLE requirement. DUES. Annual dues for an Associate membership are $40.00. VERIFICATION. Answer the questions on your member profile certifying your status. | For Student Members CLE. Student Members must complete two (2) hours of substantive CLE between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year. Members are allowed one (1) hour of self-study. In place of self-study, members may use pro bono service to fulfill one hour of the CLE requirement. Alternatively, Student Members are allowed two (2) hours of volunteer service with CAPA to satisfy the requirement. DUES. Annual dues for a Student membership are $30.00. VERIFICATION. Answer the questions on your member profile certifying your status. |
