Study Session: Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

Texas Rules of Civil Procedure will be presented in the context of a personal injury/negligence case.  These study sessions will focus on the rules, causes of action and applicable statutes for prosecuting a personal injury/negligence case.  Study sessions will prepare students for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) certification exam in civil trial law and personal injury trial law.  

Space is limited to 10 persons and participants should email Alex May in advance at amay@germer-austin.com.  

Sessions will be every other Wednesday starting on September 18th.
