Caitlin Haney Johnston is an estate planning, probate, and probate litigation attorney in Austin.  She is also the co-founder of CANLAW, a pro bono estate planning clinic sponsored by the Austin Bar Foundation.   She will be speaking about the most common reasons will validity ends up being litigated in Texas.
