CLE (Lunch & Learn): Remote Online Notarizations

Remote online notarizations (RON) allows a document signer to appear legally before a notary public by Internet videoconference. RON is a faster, easier, and more secure way to notarize documents. This CLE course will provide a detailed description of the RON process and will include a presentation of an actual online notary session from the points of view of both the online notary public and the signer (principal).  Mr. Sumners will go over the procedures for applying to be an online notary.
