July Incoming/Outgoing Board Meeting

CAPA's annual Incoming / Outgoing Board Meeting is coming up on Saturday, July 10th from 10.00am - 12.00pm; brunch will be served. This board meeting is MANDATORY for all board members and committee chairs. Board meetings are open to all CAPA members and everyone is encouraged to attend. 

Participants are also welcome to join via Zoom. Zoom instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation email.  The Board meeting agenda will be sent out via email to all registrants two days prior to the meeting. 

PLEASE REGISTER by July 7th to ensure we have enough catering supplies & email pres_elect@capatx.org if you have any dietary restrictions.

Instructions for parking and access to Thompson Coe will be provided in the REMINDER email two days prior to the meeting. Parking will be validated.
