REGISTER ONLINE by the FRIDAY BEFORE the luncheon and pay online or at the luncheon. Late registration will be accepted at the late registration cost. A reservation confirmation will be emailed upon registration.

If paying with a firm check, please make payable to CAPA and include a list of all firm attendees on the check.

"Seating Only" Guidelines: If you plan to attend the luncheon but will not be eating lunch, please choose the "SEATING/CLE ONLY" registration ($15.00). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR LUNCH. Due to the way the venue counts plates at the luncheon, attendees using this option MUST sit at the designated Non-Eating table or CAPA will be required to charge the $35.00 Late Registration fee.
