Don't feel like running? There are plenty of volunteer options! For example, you can volunteer as Course Spirit! Course spirit volunteers need to be energetic and fun. They have the important role of cheering on our runners and maintaining spirit throughout the 5K and 1K races. Feel free to dress up in superhero costumes and use spirit items (posters, pom-poms, noisemakers, megaphones). Groups welcome—families, friends, coworkers, etc—the more spirit the better! We need your help to thank the runners for supporting CASA.
