REGISTER ONLINE by the FRIDAY BEFORE the luncheon and pay online or at the luncheon.  Late registration will be accepted at the late registration cost.  Reservation confirmation will be emailed upon registration.  

If paying with a firm check, please make payable to CAPA and include a list of all firm attendees on the check.

"Seating Only" Guidelines: If you plan to attend the luncheon but will not be eating lunch, please choose the "SEATING/CLE ONLY" registration ($10.00).  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR LUNCH.  Due to the way the venue counts plates at the luncheon, attendees using this option MUST sit at the designated Non-Eating table or CAPA will be required to charge the $35.00 Late Registration fee.
