TAPS 2019 Scholarship Application Deadline July 15, 2019
1. The Recipient must be a member (or apply for membership) of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. 2. To apply for a TAPS scholarship, the applicant is required to submit a written essay on the following: "You have plenty of courage, I am sure," answered Oz. "All you need is confidence in yourself. There is no loving thing that is not afraid when it faces danger. The true courage is in facing danger when you are afraid, and that kind of courage you have in plenty." -- L. The essay must be two (2) pages in length and double-spaced.
3. To apply for a TAPS scholarship, the applicant is required to provide two (2) letters of personal references, which describe the applicant's involvement in the paralegal profession, completed application, and submit an essay as directed.
5. Recipient(s) are required to volunteer a minimum of three hours on-site during the event.
