Scholarship funds must be used within 12 months of date of award. If the use is less than $250.00, the remainder, in an amount not to exceed $50.00, will be given to the recipient to cover other related costs.

Selection:  The Scholarship Committee Chair will appoint a committee to judge the essays on an anonymous basis.  The Scholarship Committee Chair and two Board members may participate in the judging process.
