Calendaring as a Risk Management Strategy
" (NALA/TBLS pending).
The presentation emphasizes the importance of rules-based calendaring to reduce malpractice exposure and risks. With calendar-related errors as the leading cause for malpractice, according to the most recent ABA study, the presentation covers malpractice carrier mandates as well as common mistakes and how to prevent them. It has been well received by legal associations nationwide. Alana has hosted and spoken at many presentations for paralegal, technology and legal administrators associations.
