    Please join us for a CLE a presentation by attorney Ellen P. Stewart, diving into who inherits when someone dies without a will.  She will review the the current laws of descent and distribution in Texas. She will also discuss the process of having legal heirs judicially declared, including special rules relating to children given up for adoption by a Decedent.   

     



    Due to contractual obligations with the venue, registration for in person attendance will close at 5pm on Friday, February 20  in order for us to provide a final head count for catering.
