Lunch & Learn CLE Event for paralegals:

"How to Secure a Defensible Service of Civil Process"
that will incorporate the integrity of the issuance of citation, the integrity of service and the integrity of the return of service. A breakdown in any one of those areas and you can either have service overturned or your default judgment set aside.
