REGISTER ONLINE by the THURSDAY BEFORE the luncheon and pay at the luncheon.  A reservation confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration.

*"Seating Only" Guidelines: If you plan to attend the luncheon but will not be eating lunch, please choose the "SEATING/CLE ONLY" registration ($5.00 Charge).  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR LUNCH.  Due to the way that Green Pastures "counts" plates at the luncheons, attendees using this option MUST sit at the designated Non-Eating table or CAPA will be required to charge the $25.00 Late Registration fee.
