Austin Adoption Day Book Drive:  Donations (new books, all ages levels welcome but with focus on chapter books and young adult titles) can be dropped off at the October 29, 2014 luncheon.

Austin Adoption Day Teddy Bear Drive:  Donations (new teddy bears or any other new stuffed animals can be dropped off at the October 29, 2014 luncheon.

Bring your donations to this month's luncheon for the following local community charity:

Monthly Luncheon Reservations and Deadlines: Please make luncheon reservations by one of the following methods and deadlines. No luncheon reservations will be accepted after the deadline, but you may still sign up for seating-only (but see special information below*) or add your name to the luncheon waiting list.

PRINT OUT AND MAIL the Express Registration Form (PDF File) by TUESDAY OF THE WEEK BEFORE the luncheon with your check for payment. 

REGISTER ONLINE by the FRIDAY BEFORE the luncheon and pay at the luncheon.  A reservation confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. 

Please make checks payable to CAPA.  If paying with a firm check, please list all attendees on check.

*"Seating Only" Guidelines: If you plan to attend the luncheon but will not be eating lunch, please choose the "SEATING/CLE ONLY" registration ($5.00 Charge).  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR LUNCH.  Due to the way that Green Pastures "counts" plates at the luncheons, attendees using this option MUST sit at the designated Non-Eating table or CAPA will be required to charge the $25.00 Late Registration fee.
