Charity Drives and Collections ~ Bring your donations to this month's luncheon for the following local community charities:

• Soda Can Tabs ~ benefitting Ronald McDonald House Charities

Luncheon Cost:

• $20.00 for Members and Sustaining Members
• $22.00 for Non-Members and Guests
• $25.00 for Anyone Registering after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the Luncheon
• $5.00 for CLE Only (See "Seating Only" guidelines below)

Please make checks payable to CAPA -- if paying with a firm check, please list all attendees on check.

Parking: Ample parking in the lots adjacent to the restaurant.

Luncheon Reservations and Deadlines ~ Please make your luncheon reservations by one of the following methods and deadlines. No luncheon reservations will be accepted after the deadline, but you may still sign up for seating-only (but see special information below) or add your name to the luncheon waiting list.

1. PRINT OUT AND MAIL the Express Registration Form by Tuesday, 08.14.2010. Remember to include your check.

2. EMAIL CAPA's Programs Co-Chair at RSVP@capatx.org by 12:00 Noon Thursday, 08.16.2010. A reservation confirmation will be sent one business day after receipt of RSVP.




3. FILL OUT ONLINE RSVP Form by 12:00 Noon Thursday, 08.16.2010. A reservation confirmation will be sent one business day after receipt of RSVP.

"Seating Only" Guidelines: If you plan to attend the luncheon but do not plan to eat, please indicate "Seating Only" on your RSVP ($5.00 Charge). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR LUNCH (see prices above).

In addition, due to the way that Green Pastures "counts" our plates at the luncheons, please note that if you have a "Seating Only" reservation you MUST sit at the designated Non-Eating table or CAPA will be required to charge you the normal rate.

Luncheon Cancellation Policy ~ LUNCHEON CANCELLATIONS must be received before 12:00 Noon on the Thursday before the luncheon; no-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price of the luncheon meal.

If you make a reservation but are unable to attend, CAPA is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon -- so please make arrangements for payment if you do not cancel by the deadline noted above.

As CAPA sometimes has a luncheon waiting list for members who were unable to sign up before the deadline, please let CAPA know even if you must cancel your luncheon plans with us later than the deadline.

The fee for returned checks will be commensurate with fees assessed by the bank.
