Flower Fund

At each CAPA luncheon, there are Flower Pots set out on the dining tables to collect your donations to the designated "Flower Fund" charity. CAPA has pledged to match total funds up to $50 per month, thereby doubling your donation!

Charity Drives & Collections

Bring your donations to CAPA's monthly luncheons for the following local community charities:

• Ongoing (since July 2004) ~ Soda Can Tabs - Ronald McDonald House Charities

Ronald McDonald House ~ CAPA is working with the Ronald McDonald House Charities to help raise funds in a way that involves no cash expense for our members.  All you have to do is remember to remove the tab off of your can drinks before putting them in the recycle bin.  You can turn the tabs in at the monthly luncheons or email Community@capatx.org to arrange delivery. CAPA will turn in the miniature Ronald McDonald Houses once full.  If you feel that your office could easily fill one of the houses by themselves, please email us to arrange for obtaining one for your office.

As a Partner of the Keep Austin Beautiful / Adopt-a-Street program CAPA has adopted a section of South Congress, from Riverside to Mary. So JOIN US on November 10th for our quarterly clean-up. Volunteer Legal Clinics

Volunteer Legal Clinics are sponsored by Volunteer Legal Services & Legal Aid of Central Texas. How are your interviewing skills? Would you enjoy having more interaction with people? Did you know the skills you currently have could help someone? Do you have 2 hours a month to commit to an experience that can make a difference in someone's life? Please consider volunteering your skills at the evening clinics 6:00-8:00 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays at Martin Jr. HS & Webb Middle School.
