No luncheon reservations will be accepted after the deadline\, but you may still sign up for seating-only (but see special information below*) or add your name to the luncheon waiting list.\n  PRINT OUT AND MAIL the Express Registration Form (PDF File) by TUESDAY OF THE WEEK BEFORE the luncheon with your check for payment. \n\n  REGISTER ONLINE by the THURSDAY BEFORE the luncheon and pay at the luncheon.
